After returning to Trinidad from internships in Grenada and St. Lucia in 2010, she refocused her energies on developing her therapeutic skills to cater to persons of all ages, who sought help and guidance, in all aspects of life.

Her professional life besides focusing on her private practice has further led her to become involved in championing mental health in schools, and training teachers and educational professionals through her work with the School Leadership Center of Trinidad and Tobago, promoting emotional literacy in primary schools across the country and The Franciscan Institute.

She has further developed a passion for supporting parents through her work as a Common Sense Parenting trainer and a Parenting for Literacy facilitator.

In her spare time she practices and teaches yoga to children and adults.

A M.Sc. graduate of Birkbeck College, University of London and B.Sc. (Hons) graduate of the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, she welcomes the opportunity to serve.
